The Green Woods Stables Lodge is a lovely vacation rental in a pastoral setting, sitting on the edge of 70 acres of pasture land with pecan trees and ancient oaks, overlooking a dozen horses throughout the grounds! Completely furnished, wood-burning stove, antique furnishings, cable TV, nature trail, pond fishing, trail horse rides and more - bring only your clothes (and food, of course)! Country feeling, but located within minutes of shopping, restaurants, attractions and casinos! Ideal for honeymoons, wedding receptions, special occasions, or just to get away and relax!

Our Church came down to MS for a Mission trip and three families used this house for our retreat. What a wonderful retreat it was. Sitting on the porch and watching the horses made the time just more special. The owner was very hospitable and accommodated us anyway they could. We all felt we were there to give our time, however received so much more in return.

The pictures are exactly the way the property looked, and shopping and activities were close by. I would recommend this property for those looking for something quiet.
