Located within walking distance of downtown shopping, restaurants, bike-trail, waterfront and marina. 20 minutes to beaches, airport, golf courses. 2 level loft feature 20' ceilings, upper balcony with master bedroom and en-suite jacuzzi bath and private roof terrace. Main sunny 25x45' room feature fully equipped kitchen and 1000sq feet private terrace. Foyer with pullout couch and 1/2 bath. Indoor parking. Access to laundry. Located next to historic Fairholm Inn in a neighborhood with stately Victorian homes and towering elm trees. Downtown center 3 blocks away feature the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Property is part of an old YMCA converted into 18 condominiums. Suitable for romantic stay in palatial surroundings or entertain family and friends in style with seating for up to 24. Catering and entertainment available, and if you wish to meet interesting Islanders or find private beaches, we will be only too happy to help.
