Kailua Kona holiday condo

The description says it all. Very quiet, the only sound at night is the surf, and in the morning, birds. The view is outstanding, sunsets from the Lanai every night. The gated access makes for excellent safety. Comfortable furnishings, and extra friendly manager on site.

"This top floor unit in Kona Sea Ridge is an excellent place to stay. The condo is very well kept, equipped and clean. The ocean breezes keeps the unit very comfortable without having to close doors and windows and use air conditioning (which is there if needed). The on-site manager is excellent and the entire complex is very well maintained. The views from the lanai of Kailua Bay are fantastic. We watched many humpback whales as well as dolphins, cruise ships and all of the smaller boats that operate from there. We carry binoculars with us when we travel so our sightings were wonderful. Rick, the owner, was outstanding to work with. He kept in contact and was available by phone and email for any questions or problems that arose (we had no problems, by the way). We particularly love to go bicycle riding (there are two mountain bikes at the condo available to rent from Rick), snorkeling, and whale watching since we were there during the height of whale season. We also loved the pool and spa plus the bar-b-cue area was a great place to enjoy a fresh-off-the-grill meal. The Royal Kona seaside bar is a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a cocktail and pupu. It is a short walk down Alii Drive to the Royal Kona. There were two couples in our group and we had more than adequate privacy to be comfortable. We would highly recommend staying in this unit and will stay there ourselves again if it is available for our travel dates."

The description of the condo was accurate and the owner provided good customer service.
Just a wonderful view of the ocean (my favourite and probably has the best view in the whole complex) from the master bedroom when you wake up, the lanai, the living room and even over the kitchen counter through the lanai door. This view is enhanced two or three times a week with the arrival of large cruise ships in the harbor.
The condo is clean, well appointed and equipped, and the complex itself is very neat, safe and well maintained. The pool area is a great place to relax along with the hot tub and work out facilities.
The temps during our stay were 80 and above every day but with the unit cross ventilation (ocean breezes) and ceiling fans we did not require the a/c unit at all.
You will not be disappointed, just a great condo.

We stayed in this condo for 6 months and we loved everything about this condo. It is very nicely decorated and provided us the best comfort. This condo has best view of ocean and well as sunset. We also enjoyed amenties that this condo has such as pool, tub and fitness center.

My husband and I just returned from a work/vacation stay at this condo and it was great. Has all the amenities you need, including workout room and pool - 2 full bathrooms, nice big kitchen with breakfast bar, window seat and great deck with a great view. Could easily work well for 2 couples or family. The condo is clean and pleasant, as are the grounds. Its close to town and yet not in town so its quiet at night. Within walking distance of at least 3 good beaches and just a few miles from the best snorkel beach on the island. Highly recommend the place and the island!
