cabos villas beach resorts a nice place, however we did not recieve the property as advertised in this ad, it was not available even though i started booking in late november early december for feb13, so if you want the photo you need to book at least 3 to 4 months in advance and hope for the best.the owner of the property is easy to do transactions with and responds to all emails and phone calls. the property itself is one of the best locations in cabo, it is well maintained and housekeeping is great. 3 resturaunts on site and baja cantina is wonderful, sunset grill however is iffy, and we did not try the 3rd.
the pool areas are very nice except for the fact that the infinity pool is totallly in the shade by noon and the lap pool is very hot temp wise in the afternoon but lots of sun. the main pool is small and not in a great location also mostly shaded, the beach is amazing if you can get and keep a lounger.
i do think this property is a little pricey for what you get, we had a 1bdrm delxe lock off, and each suite had a master bdrm with a queen bed and a pullout in the living room, but the pull out was not at all comfortable the one side of it was a board with no cushioning and the other half was a foam cushion, so you can really only sleep 1 person on it unless you like the hard surface.
the bathrooms were beautiful and there was a safe. the kitchen also is functional but watch their inventory counts, they charge you for anything that is missing, so do the count with them. food is expensive in cabo as a rule and so are cocktails, beer is reasonable. also great was the recreation available on the beach, just watch prices .
Owner's Response: Yes, the Super Executive Suite with Jacuzzi on private balcony with Beach/Ocean Front is a very Special Luxurious Suite, ( 6 of 113 suites are 2Bdrm Executives).Although I own 3 Executives Suites, these units are not always available. The guests are told prior to reservations and payments, specifically which villas suite they have reserved. At Cabo Villas all suites are all marble and granite at this Five Star Resort. It's the location of the resort on Cabo Bay, only swimmerable beach in Cabo,two blocks from downtown that makes your vacation
experience unique over other resorts in and around Cabo.

Bay with one of the best locations in Cabo. So, yes the price represents, a Five Star Resort with a unique location. However, my guests only pays a fraction of what the resort normally charges for these luxurios suites.
