This condominium is close to All Central Florida attractions, or if you are a nature lover there is lots to choose from. We are in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. On-site management is offered for your convenience. On site laundry is also available. Enjoy our 'No-Driving' Beach. Take a long relaxing stroll on one of Florida's pristine beaches. I wanted to say this place was PERFECT for us. This is a really quite area of New Smyrna Beach and the condo was very well kept and so was the property. The swimming pool was very warm and felt great!!!!! I would recommed this place for any family that is looking for some time on the beach!
