Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rate is $250 per night winter or summer, weekend or weekday.
  • $250 per night double occupancy with 3 night minimum. ($25 per person per night supplement for more than 2 people.) We charge a $300 security deposit (in addition to rental fees) for up to 3 persons. In the event fourth person is renting, the security deposit increases to $400. There is a 4% handling fee on the entire rental. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. We prefer payment via Paypal but we do accept credit cards or you may wire funds to our account.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Holiday rates may apply.
