Waterfront home in a quiet neighborhood. Home is bright & airy with an attached lighthouse. A gazebo / dockage for up to a 30' boat. Property is located on Green Pond a saltwater inlet. Shellfishing, kayaking, sailing & swimming right here! Views of Martha's Vineyard (6 miles) and Vineyard Sound (1/2 mile). The shore road leads to Falmouth Harbor and into town for shopping approx 2 1/2 miles. Carriage house has 2 bedrooms and a bath and is also available for $1,500/week
