Relax in our 4th floor Beachfront Condo located directly on Ponce Inlet Beach and enjoy the fabulous views. Watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the front door. You won't find a better beach with as few people. It is wide, non-drive and great for biking and walking. There is plenty of soft sand for castle making and the grade is so gradual that you can walk out in the water a long way before it even reaches your knees. Toddlers and up will enjoy playing at this beach. After the beach relax in our heated pool that is away from the wind and non-shaded. This unit has everything you need for a fun filled beach get-away. There have been upgrades of carpet, furniture,blinds, windows, linens, flat screen TV and bathroom renovations. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided.

We are located on Ponce Inlet Beach, which is South of Daytona and just North of New Smyrna Beach. For a day excursion you are about 1 hour from Orlando, St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral. Close at hand are Daytona's attractions as well as Ponce Inlet's own boating, fishing, restaurants and historic lighthouse.

We have rented in Daytona previously so I wasn't sure how we would like being further down the strip. Absolutely no contest this one wins hands down. Just far enough away from the noise but still close enough so as not to have to drive to far for entertainment. Very clean, well maintained and great folks to rent from.

We had a great time! The condo is nice and very clean. Everything you need is already there, so that is another plus. The owners are sweet and easy to work with.

Won't be back!

We rented this unit with good intentions and were told several things that might happen...they were planning on updating the furniture (which would have meant no sleeper sofa), they changed cleaning companies, the payment for the cleaning company was coming out of the deposit instead of leaving it there, etc. When we arrived, we were told that the shower curtain rod was broken and it would be fixed within a few days of arriving. Instead, a shower curtain rod was brought to us and I guess we were expected to put it up. Then, we were accused of some things that DID NOT sit well with me and now they want to keep our deposit. I wouldn't recommend this place, nor will I return.
Owner's Response: I am so sorry that this visit was not a success. I am somewhat confused about your comment but we did as you said recently upgrade the furniture and we purchased a queen size instead of a full size sleeper sofa. We felt that a new and larger sofa would better serve our guests, You are correct that we changed cleaning companies. This was also done to better serve our guests.This same service offered to put up the replacement shower rod. Unfortunately, due to damage done during this stay it was necessary to hold back a portion of the security deposit to pay for a professional to fix the problem. We have never kept back a security deposit until now but it was deemed necessary. We have enocuntered minor problems occcasionally and have not held back any deposit but this was of a different nature.

What a great place to stay and enjoy the ocean. When you first walk in the decorations immediately make you feel welcome.It was also well stocked and clean.
