rented the house for 10 guys for a bachelor party. the house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and the inside was clean and neat. a big plus is that the house is only a few blocks from the casino. had a bbq using the outdoor grill which was convenient. we had an issue with the tv, so we called and someone came over to take care of it in a timely manner. for what we were looking for the house definitely served its purpose.

A Sufficient House

We rented this house for a bachelor party for 12 guys. The house was sufficient, everyone was able to find a bed, couch, or space for an air mattress. The amenities were fine. However, the property is not in a very nice neighborhood (but then again, what area of AC is actually all that nice), the grass had not been mowed in what looked like a month, there was trash on the front lawn when we arrived (and the trash can reaked and attracted a lot of flies, and a family of kittens was living in the backyard. I called to complain about the situation, and the property owner was pretty unhelpful. While I understood that it had rained the previous 2 nights, it was difficult as the event planner to explain to people who were spending a decent amount of money as to why they were getting what seemed to be a pretty rundown piece of property. And while I can see families enjoying having kittens living on the property, for a group of guys it was annoying to have to worry about them entering the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Atlantic City, however that had more to do with our determination to enjoy ourselves more than anything else. Overall, the house is sufficient and the inside is for the most part as advertised.

I just got back from AC, where we stayed at this house. It was perfect. The house is close to activities and night life, and it was clean and in great condition when we got there. It was a great deal and my friends and I had a great time. Great House!

Great House!

This house is exactly as advertised. We had 13 people and it was perfect. It is walking distance to the Trop, the Hilton, and the Boardwalk (and if you don't mind walking a bit further, Caesar's, etc.). The house was clean, has a big TV for watching sports, movies, etc., and the backyard is great for barbequing and lounging. If you happen to have a car, the house is also only 3 minutes from a Pathmark and a minor league baseball stadium, and 10 minutes or so from golf. I would definitely rent this house again.

rented the place for a weekend for a group of friends. fun decor, walking distance to the Trop, all the amenities you might need. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an A.C. getaway for a decent size group. Owner was responsive and helpful.
