Large (approx 1500 square feet) two bedroom, two bath updated Condo on the ocean. Huge balcony with stunning ocean views. New tile in kitchen,den, and balcony areas. Light and bright unit with southern exposure. Ormond Beach is a no drive, family oriented beach. Daytona Beach attractions are only minutes away. This unit is located in the prestigious Ormondy building located on the east side of A1A. Amenities include: sauna; exercise room; top floor club room with kitchen,ice machine, two TVs, games, and library; heated pool; shuffleboard; short gentle sloping beach ramp with showers. This condo is very family friendly. It is equipped with a high chair, sippy cups, baby spoons, games and children's books. There are 2 TVs, 2 VCR, and 1 DVD player. Master bedroom offers a king size bed. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Secure underground parking available with storage for beach chairs, floats, and toys.

This seventh floor upscale unit offers stunning oceanfront views from the kitchen, den, dining area, and master bedroom. Also you'll enjoy sunset and intracoastal waterway views from the balcony, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The balcony has outstanding views of the ocean, beach, pool. Please contact my local agent Janie Gagne with Century 21 for availability. Her office is less than 1/4 mile from condo. She handles all keys, garage door opener, and cleaning.
