Living room is outfitted with 52 inch plasma HD TV/DVD, gas fireplace, surround sound and wireless DSL. Master bedroom suite with 42 inch plasma TV with HD and DVD, surround sound and Tivo. Sitting areas, gas fireplace, patio area with fountain and peek-a-boo ocean view. Master bath with 2 person spa tub, steam shower, flat panel TV, dual sinks. 3rd floor bonus kitchen with 2 refrigerators, sink and microwave for rooftop entertaining, flat panel TV with Tivo and stereo with surround sound, speakers for TV or stereo. Great house, great location

I spent spring break with my family of 5 at this house. We stayed 4 nights. This is a great house for large families and a much better option that renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms.

The house is very, very large and has all the amenities. It's quiet and in a great location. We were able to walk to shops, beach (50 feet away... very close) and restaraunts.

Parking is very easy unless you have a very large car. The house has 2 medium sized car ports slots and 1 car garage.

In addition, I found the owner to be very easy to work with and extermely flexible. This is important when dealing with home rentals!
