Roomy flat close to the Place de la Bastille, its new opera house and the Place des Vosges. This 1,450 sq feet apartment on the 5th floor of a beautiful 19th century Haussmann building located in a quiet area will enable you to enjoy a genuine Parisian lifestyle: you can go food shopping nearby or try the local restaurants and cafés. You can walk to Notre Dame, Le Louvre or Beaubourg (Centre Georges Pompidou) and reach any place of interest in Paris in less than 20 minutes by underground. Sleeps a max. of eight in three bedrooms (one with queen size bed, one with a double, one with twin beds bed plus one convertible bed in the living room). Large living room connecting with a large dining room. Two full baths (one independent with shower, one en-suite with bath), two toilets. Fireplaces and beautiful herringbone inlaid oak floors. Fully equipped kitchen and all new, modern appliances. Balcony, Lift, Seclusion, and Privacy. Line 3 subway station 50 meters away.

We just arrive from a vacation to Paris, we were two families, (4 adults and 3 teen (15 - 18 years). This place is incredible. We have a wonderful vacation. The appartement was very confortable. The owner and Mathilde was very "courtois" and we were very impress by this appartment

Live the life of a Parisian!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It was way beyond our expectations. We are a family of 6 with a broad range of ages and it was comfortable for everyone. It is very very convenient to the Metro (just one street over). A choice of several grocery stores nearby as well as excellent Patisseries. This property has all of the comforts of home. The building is very safe and has a lift that makes the initial check in much easier than lugging suitcases up five flights of stairs. We were met by the owners and given a tour and information that made us feel secure. The owners also checked in on us during our stay to make sure that all was well. They were delightful to work with before, during and after our stay! We will definately be back! Thank you for making our stay in Paris so lovely!

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped and ideally located for excellent food shopping. It is very central and allows quick, easy access to all the major sights. The information provided by the owners is very useful. The bedrooms are very quiet because they're located at the back of the apartment, along the inner courtyard, and can be completely closed off from the reception rooms at the front. We loved it and would happily live there!!

We spent a wonderful 8 days in Paris and Mr. Colinas' apartment. We loved the location, the neighborhood and the quiet building. While we were out being "tourists" it was fantastic to have a place like this to come home to every day. We felt like locals and enjoyed the spacious arrangement and two bathrooms was a must with 7 people! Staying in the apartment was so much better than multiple hotel rooms and the convenience of the kitchen just made it that much better. We are already talking about our next trip to Paris and hope we'll be able to stay in the apartment again.

We have stayed in Monsieur Colinas' apartment six
times now and have never been disappointed.
There is always a warm welcome. The flat is
comfortable and sunny. It's a pleasure to stay
there. We love the area too - central but you feel
that you've discovered a special, hidden corner of
Paris. Now, it's hard to stay anywhere else.
