Very Convenient Home Will Accommodate 6 -14 L@@K Location: Atlanta, Ga, (MARTA 1 min, Buckhead & 285 5 mins, Downtown Atlanta 15 mins) Accommodations: Comfortable House - 3 Bedrooms + 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4-6 each)This home has been newly renovated and furnished. There are new hardwood and carpeted floors throughout , new paint and new sinks in the bathrooms. There are three bedrooms with a queen, double, and single beds in the home. The home is very clean and sleeps 4 to 7 people. For any additional occupants over 7 in each house there is a $10 fee per person per night. The home is in Sandy Springs. It is just an arm's reach from major shopping and eating districts, city transportation, and entertainment. The home is walking distance to Starbucks and Publix. It is 2 minutes to GA400, 5 minutes from I-285, fifteen minutes to downtown, and ten minutes to Buckhead. The house sits on a quiet lot with a private backyard, perfect for children or families who enjoy the outdoors.

The reason is once booked, we mark the calendar as booked and it is very hard to book another party within 5 days.

Great Place for Family Wedding Stay

Our family group of 13 (including 2 elementary age children and 3 toddlers) rented the two houses for the week leading up to our son's wedding in Atlanta. Each central air conditioned three bedroom two bathroom house is on the same side of the street with just one neighborhood house in between. The one house has a laundry room. The owners, Tere and Wyatt, stayed in an apartment attached to the other house during our stay. Each ranch style house has 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds and 2 sofas, and the one house also has a futon in the living room. The owners gave us a good price and were very friendly and accommodating and attentive to our needs. Linens, wireless internet and cable television is included. There is a public pool not far away with free swimming from 10am to 2pm. (We drove to the major Atlanta sight seeing attractions every day. We needed a lot of directions - Atlanta is a big, big, big area. But we could have just as easily stayed at the rental houses and just enjoyed each other's company.) The kitchens are equipped for cooking. One back yard has a small Weber grill and some charcoal. (Remember to wear deet bug repellent if you like to spend time outside. The near by WalMart sells 100% deet that really helps repel the mosquitoes.) Parking is off the street in the driveway. The one house has a car port. The location is a safe neighborhood and is very close to lots and lots of stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable there. The houses made family visiting as easy as if we lived there instead of living out of state from each other like we do. We would recommend the properties to anyone who wants a nice family group accommodation for a reasonable price.

The description was accurate. It is a clean property in a very nice location. It is near all types of restaurants and shopping areas. It is easily accesible and close to the interstates. The owner is quite nice. My family and I could not have been happier and it was much better than staying at a hotel. I would recommend it and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Our family stayed here for my daughter's graduation weekend. It was so nice to have all the family together so we could visit, which would have been very difficult in a hotel. The owners are very nice and helpful. The location was good. I would recommend to anyone.

We were here for a week in January for the Atlanta Gift Show in which we buy inventory for our shop in Maryland. We travel with our two black labs. This house is a clean and well-kept rancher in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping and about a half-hour to downtown Atlanta by car. The fenced-in and wooded back yard was perfect for our dogs. Tere and Dwight were wonderful landlords who did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one, but they respected our privacy.
We have already booked for next year and are looking forward to another great rental experience. This is so much better than staying in a hotel (We have used hotels in Atlanta since 1996 until this year); and it is a better value. The convenience when traveling with pets is obvious.
We recommend this rental enthusiastically and with no reservations whatsoever. Thanks a million, Tere and Dwight!

I rented two houses for a week for my family of ten. It was perfect . Lots of room, great back yard, clean, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient to downtown, great shopping and eateries. Tere and Dwight were very accomodating ,they answered all our questions and were so very helpful without being intrusive. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel and much more economical! Everyone had a fantastic time! We will be back!
