Downstairs has queen in front bedroom and trundle in back bedroom, New full bath on first floor. Stackable W/D, Gas and BBQ grills, Central Air, Ceiling Fans, Cable TV, CD Player, DVD, VCR. Beach Badges included but not guaranteed. Northern end of LBI near shopping, restaurants, playground, tennis. Great biking and fishing. Beautiful beaches. Private backyard.

My family LOVES this home! This house has become a yearly adventure to visit. The property owners are fabulous! Location is wonderful, you can ride or walk to places to get a quick bite to eat or play on the playground. There are many things to drive to also, but it was so wonderful to return to the quiet area of this beach house. The property is very clean, and we would recommend this beach home to anyone considering this rental. Their listing is very accurate. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Cozy & Comfortable; Full Amenities

My family (husband and two boys) and I rented here in August 2009 and we were very happy with the house, appliances, yard and grill. We were also glad to be able to bring our dog. We were impressed with the level of care that has gone into making the house a comfortable and cozy place to stay. We would rent here again.

great for families!

We have a dog and a 2.5yo, and this was a perfect spot. Affordable, clean, good kitchen/grills for cooking, warm water in the outdoor shower, plenty of beds/baths, nice backyard for lazy afternoons.

The owner is prompt and everything was as stated. Even with a toddler, the walk to the beach wasn't that bad--but it is through a good chunk of dunes. I figured the burned calories balanced out the Dairy Queen and delicious fried seafood we got right up the street every day.

Popping up to the lighthouse or playground was easy and a great option for cloudy mornings.

The beach is pristine, and you will feel like you're much further than 2 hrs from NYC!

Great Shore Getaway

We stayed here summer 08' and really enjoyed it. The house is much bigger than it appears in photos. It is a short walk to the beach which was beautiful. The nearby beach is located next to protected lands and has a very Cape Cod-like feel. Lots of dunes and very secluded. It is close to the Lighthouse and a 10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and had a big yard for BBQing etc. A+!
