This 4 bedroom home is a unique custom design, built for husband and wife George and Traci Price and their 2 young daughters, by the areas most talented builder. This home lends new meaning to the phrase 'attention to detail'. The incredible coastline views and warm, tropical breezes are highlighted by expansive glass sliding doors from every room. The front entrance double doors are handcrafted from local hardwood and open to the magnificent Great Room where you can't help but to notice the beautiful white polished concrete floor with wood inlays.

The Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and adjacent over sized bar are perfect for entertaining, as they overlook the Great Room with a soaring wood beamed ceiling and practically wide open outdoor lanai. The handcrafted wood dining table overlooks the ocean and comfortably seats 8 people. Custom wood furniture in every room complement the rich shelves and finishes, and provide a rich and 'contemporary' tropical lifestyle. Fantastic sunsets can be enjoyed while swimming in the one of a kind infinity pool. This beautiful home is perfect for families traveling together, reunions, surf trips or fishing trips.

Rental Rates: Spetember & October 2008: $2500.00 US per week. Non-Holiday 2008: $3500.00 US per week. Easter & Thanksgiving Week 2008: $4500.00 US per week. Christmas & New Year Dec. 20th to Jan 5th, 2009: $5500 US per week. There will be an extra charge of $50 a day per person above 8 people Rental Rate Notes: Nightly and Weekly rates are based on an occupancy of 8 guests. There are no accommodations for extra persons. 50% of rental fee and security deposit are due when the reservation is made or 90 days prior to reservation date (whichever is less). Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Refunds: All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $100. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures.
