Photos and Description of this Camdenton holiday house 3 Bedrooms - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

Beautiful, 2000 square foot, lakefront home located at the three mile marker on the Big Niangua arm of the lake known for its smooth water, which is great for skiing or tubing. Fishing is good off the dock and in the many near-by coves. Perhaps you'd prefer just relaxing or sunbathing on one of the two decks. The dock contains a swim platform with ladder and jet ski lift. There is a 'martini' deck that extends over the water which is a great place to sunbathe. There are benches around the deck and a picnic table plus lawn chairs. There is also a deck on two sides of the house for those who wish to be outside but out of the sun. Additional lawn chairs and tables with an umbrella are for your use. Large great room with dining area at one end and a fireplace at the other. Kitchen with lots of built-ins and appliances. All utensils, bedding and linens are furnished. For the convenience of our other guests, we ask that there is NO SMOKING inside the house, and NO pets.

My family had a fabulous time at your house... The house was lovely and we had the perfect blend of sunshine, boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and fun! Even my teenagers said they had a great time... and that's something! I recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet get-away w/ family or friends.

Girls Get Away

This place was perfect for a Teacher's get away. We just finished up the school year and wanted a place to shop and relax. This home meet all our needs and then some. We will be back again as we can't imagine a place we would enjoy more. The house is clean and beautiful and the owner was a treat to work with.
