If you are looking for a beach cottage with old style charm and ocean views, here it is. The bedding in this Outer Banks house rental consists of 3 queen beds and 2 single beds. Grogan is a classic Nags Head style beach house that offers an oceanfront screened-porch with a swing and a sun deck with deck furniture along with an excellent views. Amenities include a whole house fan system, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 6 ceiling fans, 3 color TVs, stereo, VCR, DVD, telephone, 2 outside showers (1 open, 1 enclosed - cold water only). Grogan Beach Cottage is carpeted with electric baseboard heat. NO PETS. Saturday Turnover, MP 2, ID 7318. Linen rental available. Bedding Pkg. $90, Bath Pkg. $70, Full Pkg. $150-not including tax.
