this house was suitable for our needs. Because we have family in the area, the fact that we needed all our own linens and towels didn't affect us much but I do see how that could be a problem for others. The view from the sun room is fantastic. The neighbors around the house are very friendly and helpful. One neighbor even took our son sailing one day! The house is very clean but also very small with the tiniest bathrooms I've ever seen.
