A warm and updated color scheme along with hardwood floors makes this a charming and relaxing retreat. The home incorporates modern living with plenty of indoor – outdoor use. Enjoy views of a European-style courtyard from a tranquil deck and porch setting from the front of the home. In the rear exterior of the home morning coffee or afternoon tea can be enjoyed in a lounge-like atmosphere. The deck is a perfect setting for gourmet BBQ being directly off of the breakfast nook. From the moment we arrived this property was a complete dream. The house itself was a joy to be in, well equipped with decor that is both elegant and homey enough to allow days spent just relaxing around the front porch. The dining area in the back garden was perfect for breakfasts in the californian sunshine and despite its central location the house provided a tranquil escape to return to after days in the hectic city. It's location, just off santa monica boulevard made getting about a breeze, as we felt very much surrounded by the sites of the city and there was a number of decent restaurants in easy driving distance.
Mauricio was an incredibly welcoming and generous host and was beyond helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for an incredible stay.

Fabulous House in WeHo

I came with 5 of my friends for a weekend getaway and this house was absolutley fantastic. It's close to everything in WeHo.The owner was great to work with; he met us when we arrived, gave us a tour & showed us where everything was located for our convenience. The backyard is amazing & huge - it has a hanging hammock for total relaxation in the sun. We loved every minute spent in this house. It was super clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms are amazing.. you can't ask for more. It was an amazing deal, it's truly fabulous & private too. We all definitely hope to come back in the future.
