Notes: We do encourage families, but since this is a quiet peaceful resort, we do ask that parents help their children respect the peace and privacy of other guests and owners. Please do not bring pets of any kind. It is against the Amelia Landings Association rules. Smoking is not allowed in the condo, balcony, or stairways. We are on the second floor, so there are steps to climb; no elevator.

Iowa couple finds paradise!: We are an Iowa couple (educators at Marshalltown Community Collge) who fell in love with Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach; we know you will too! You will also love our condominium villa at Amelia Landings. It is nestled in a very secluded, oak-lined, serene setting. Yet, you are a five- to ten-minute walk to a public access to beautiful Amelia Island beach! A short, private drive leads you to our building, and there is ample parking. Our villa is on the second floor of a three-story building.

You spoke, we listened!!: We are are now taking reservations for the popular spring and summer seasons (March-August). We love any time of the year on Amelia Island, and so will you, but spring and early summer are especially great!

Thanks again for allowing us to come to the condo. It was our third trip. We love Amelia Island like you all do. The weather was beautiful (06/14-06/21)! We visited Barbara Jean's twice...the food is wonderful. Found the new chocolate shop by Publix,awesome chocolate and nice people! Beach was great and most days we had the pool to ourselves. Thanks again, we hope to come back next year!

The apartment was a nice homely place to come back to. Everything was there for a trouble free holiday. The location was excellent. A short walk to the wonderful beach and shops. We did not venture into the pool as it was November and a little chilly. We loved the peaceful location and watching the birds and wildlife from the balcony.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed the roominess (three ladies did not have to worry about stepping over each other)and amenities. It was a great walk to the beach, much cooler and closer than walking down Sadler. We would visit my aunt and family during the day/evening and had a nice place to "go home to" at night. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RobLin Landings - the condo was very comfortable and had everything that we could possibly need. We loved all the little touches that made the condo seem like home - and made us feel like welcomed guests.

We were especially grateful to have access to such a wonderful pool; the water was a perfect temperature and we had the pool to ourselves most days.

Getting into Jax was a breeze. We enjoyed taking the "leisurely route" (A1A) into town.

We are so pleased that you had a great time in our condo. We do appreciate that you like our "homey touches." There is a fine line between comfortable hominess and overdoing it, so we are glad you approve.
The pool is nice, we agree. We are often so busy when we get to use the condo that we can't really appreciate how nice it is.
We like the A1A route also; one does have to allow for more time, though. It certainly much longer that way than down the Interstate to Amelia Island.
(PS: These folks must like our place--they are asking about another week's stay this November!!)
