Come on down to Puerto Rico - It's time to come down for the summer and see your family and old friends you grew up with. My house in the small town of Aguirre is a newer American style house (this is a house, not an apartment) just 3 miles from the ocean and in a country setting on 7 acres with newly remodeled bathrooms (2 bathrooms now). Spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from the wrap around deck, gourmet BBQ, view to the back of open country and beautiful sunsets. Always has a good tropical breeze and nice place to just come and relax. Quick freeway access to go out and see the island, visit family around the island or to have them come party with you.

Located 7 miles from Guayama and 7 miles from Salinas just off of Carretera 53 at exit 91/92 of Carretera 706. Near to major grocery stores and shopping centers.

This house is not completed on the outside: The house is complete on the inside as the pictures show - however the following things are not done yet on the house: stairs and wrap around deck need tiling, need better railing, needs patina covering some exposed blocks and stations outside of house.

My husband and I spent the month of Feb, 2009 at this very spacious and relaxing house. It was exceptionally clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything one needed for doing your own cooking & entertaining. We enjoyed the house so much we seldom went anywhere else. Kory, the owner, was extremely helpful, very concerned for our comfort and needs. We especially enjoyed getting a full body suntan on the huge, covered, sunny balcony. The constant warm Sea breezes keep the house very light airy and comfortable. The privacy at Casa Buena Vista Del Mar was an added plus we really appreciated. We recommend it for couples, entire families and retired folk like ourselves. With the major highway close-by, you can quickly drive to all the sights and attractions thru out the Island in a day trip.
