Our newly remodeled beach cottage is located on a barrier island on the east coast of Florida. Set in a beautiful 'Coastal Harwood Hammock, as stated by the U of Florida, the professionally decorated and furnished townhouse features two bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, 3 TV's, 5 ceiling fans, WiFi and 2 computers located in cabana (wi Fi will be available in the townhouse in December 09, new enclosed sunroom patio, and open upper sunning patio just off the 2 bedrooms. We have cable, new front load washer/dryer,' new' gourmet kitchen, heated pool and cabana, tennis courts, shuffleboard and we are located across the street from the 'no drive' beach. The quaint village of New Smyrna Beach offers many restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. Cape Canaveral State Park is located at the southern end of the island. Special late summer and fall rates are often available. We are conveniently located near Orlando Attractions, Universal, Sea World, Daytona.

Really liked the unit. Felt like we were at home and that is important. Being in interior design for the timeshare industry. We design our timeshare units to feel like home. And this does. My husband was so impressed.
We will come back.

My husband, I, and our 3 kids stayed at this lovely townhome for a week in July. We will NEVER again stay in a hotel when we visit Florida. Being in our own townhome was so relaxing and comfortable. I personally love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. It even had an egg poacher that I tried and my husband loved! He said we have to buy one of those! The rooms, decor, bathrooms, beds, amount of linens and fluffy towels, just everything was perfect for us. Also the beach was so family friendly and clean! We spent hours every day there with the kids. If you do visit the pool just make sure to have bug spray because there are a lot of biting bugs which my husband ended up having an allergic reaction to. I highly recommend this beautiful townhome to everyone, especially families with children. Why would anyone want to pay more to stay in a tiny, stuffy hotel room?
