SATURDAY TURNOVER. 7 NIGHT STAYS REQUIRED TO BOOK A RESERVATION. The Outer Banks vacation rental house Sea Garden is located at 217 Hillcrest Drive in Southern Shores North Carolina. Southern Shores is a private community, just South of Duck. This light & airy home is nestled among the dunes with a private pool. The bedding in this Outer Banks rental home consists of 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 bunk set, 1 single bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. It offers colorful decor, comfortable furnishings is very well equpped and has a beautiful private pool. There are many amenities including the master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and a private screened porch. This location also offers ample, private oceanfront parking, a marina, soundside beach area & community tennis facilities. There is central heating & air, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, ceiling fans, sun decks, hammock, yard swing and deck & pool furniture. There are three decks, including the tower deck on the backside with ocean views. Additional amenities include carpeting, 2 color TVs and VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo with a CD player, a telephone and Wireless High Speed Internet Service. There is baby equipment (port-a-crib & highchair), Game Room, Horseshoe Pit, Charcoal and Gas BBQ grills, open outside shower and bikes. NO PETS, Saturday Turnover, ID 7386. Linen rental available.
