Designer style in the prized Todi region of Umbria set in a quiet valley close to the local village. This former grain mill has been restored to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. Ideal setting for a large group/family as a peaceful hideaway and convenient touring base. The understated and stylish look highlights excellent materials, workmanship and fixtures throughout. The well-equipped kitchen beautifully finished in cream with granite worktop opens to the large dining room, with double-sided fireplace. Two bedrooms are 'masters' with large en-suites. 4 additional bedrooms are on the lower floor (two en-suite, two sharing a bathroom). Bathrooms are finished in Travertine or Bianca Carrara marble with designer fixtures. Galleried reading area and study, artificial grass tennis court, covered loggia, 5 acres beautifully maintained grounds, and rooftop belvedere with panoramic views, perfect for cocktail hour. 40ft x 20ft pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

A refundable damages deposit of €700 will be requested as you take possession of the property. Bookings are normally taken Saturday through Saturday. Arrival time is between 1600 and 1700; departure before 1000.
