The Barrington Inn is located on the corner of Beach and Ocean Avenue. It is convenient (less than one mile) to both Old Harbor and New Harbor, Block Island Airport, Town, Beach and Ferry. Apartment has one private bath, full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, deck, ocean view and off street parking.

  • Customer must clean apartment for next arriving guest.
    A minimum of $35 per hour will be charged for cleaning if left dirty.
    Customer is responsible for their own trash removal.
    No smoking, no pets.
    Credit card required.

    Weekly rentals from June 1 through Sept 27
    Two night minimum reservation Sept 28th through May 31 (except Holidays, which require three night reservation).
    Children welcome.
    Linens and towels are separate. (Price varies)
  • DEPOSITS-
    An advance deposit of one night’s rate or one-half of total stay is required by check, or credit card.
    Deposits are due within 7 days of phone reservation or room will be released. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.

    CANCELLATIONS-
    Barrington Inn Apartments require ninety (90) day notice of cancellation. A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits. The prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded if the property can be re-booked for the total reserved dates. If the reservation is cancelled less than ninety (90) days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be provided; the prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit towards a future visit. On cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
