Centrally located to all area activities. Its a short few miles to the beautiful, quiet and unspoiled Naples beach area or plan a day at nearby Tigertail Beach on Marco Island (about 15 miles away). For a bit more excitement, you can drive about 25 miles south to Everglades City for awesome airboat tours or about 20 miles north to enjoy a day at the lively Fort Myers Beach area also. Lovely manicured golf courses are never far away and shopping galore, both small boutique styles shops and exciting outlet malls as well. Numerous private art galleries, musical and theatrical entertainment abounds and did we mention, plenty of great restaurants too!

  • All rental confirmations are subject to approval of the Briarwood Property Owners Assn (BPOA), and payment of the $100 application fee implemented by the BPOA.
    We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult at least 35 years of age, guardian or parent.

Its third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, are colorful and fancifully decorated in fun beach themes, and share a third full bath with seashell motif. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, as does the master bath, living room, family room and lanai eating area.

Toilet paper and paper towels are initially provided at check-in, renters to purchase for remainder of stay. Hair dryers for each bathroom and alarm clocks in each bedroom. Ceiling fans in each bedroom - also in the master bath, living room, family room and lanai eating area. Kitchen has eating space for 8 (4 seat dinette & 4 leather bar stools at buffet). All necessary kitchen tools, pans, utensils and small appliances; and gas grill utensils are provided. Internet access via local cable service available plus router for convenience. Pool is solar heated but electric heat pump can be made available for additional charge. Usual check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. However, these times can sometimes be altered if needed, when possible.
