The All Seasons Retreat is a cozy cabin that is located on the 3rd hole of the Stony Lick Golf Course at the Woods Resort, located near Berkeley Springs, WV. This Vacation Home is spacious and perfect for family vacations, corporate retreats, honeymoons or just weekend getaways. The cabin has an 8 person hot tub, 2 person Jacuzzi tub, wood burning fireplace, 50” flat screen cable T.V./DVD & Mountain View. The living room at the All Seasons Retreat is furnished with an over-sized sofa that allows you to settle down and enjoy the warmth from the large wood burning fireplace, or unwind as you observe the picturesque scenery from the open deck. Only 90 minutes from the Washington/Baltimore Area.

    20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date.
    1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in.
    Sorry, no one time courtesy rescheduling of reservations for no additional fee if reservation is rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to check in date.
    Any additional changes will incur a $25 processing fee per change plus applicable taxes refunds or discounts for early departures

The master bedrooms has a King size bed and futon sofa, along with a Jacuzzi Tub & shower in the bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms features a queen size bed, and a futon sofa bed along with a full bathroom that has a shower and tub. Both rooms have ceiling to floor windows to provide you with plenty of West Virginia sunshine.

Unwind as you observe the picturesque scenery from the open deck overlooking the 3rd hole of the Executive Stony Lick Golf Course. Our open deck features spectacular views of the woods & golf course which you can enjoy while relaxing in the 8 person hot tub. The deck is also equipped with patio furniture and a propane grill to enjoy your summer meals while heckling the golfers.

The All Seasons Retreat has some stunning views that can be seen from all aspects of the cozy cabin. Our Sunroom/Den has wall to wall windows that capture the Sleepy Mountains of West Virginia. The Sunroom features a large flat panel T.V. with Cable & DVD to enjoy on those lazy rainy days. The cabins kitchen has been newly updated with appliances and cabinets. You also have a Dishwasher, Microwave, and Breakfast Bar Seating. The dining room will seat four at the table. Additional amenities include a stackable washer & dryer.

This is an absolute wonderful place. A little on the pricey side for a weekend getaway but was well worth it. Nice, clean, and quiet!!! Not alot to do in the area, I was sometimes bored but loved every minute of the boredom!! Very relaxing.

if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is the one!
golf course is in your back yard but trees give you privacy.
property was clean and well maintained, kitchen supplies well equipped, also linen was well stocked.
driving directions to sights and resort was easy to follow, although would have been just as happy to stay at cottage all weekend!
would recommend this cottage to friends and hope to revisit soon!!
