This freshly painted, 5 year young, immaculately clean townhome features a fully equipped kitchen w/ a 9 foot breakfast bar, pantry, common spices, all appliances including blender, microwave, food processor, mixer, wine rack & more, as well as 2 stainless steal sinks . There’s a large living & dining room combination with a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa/coach, TV, VCR, DVD & stereo with surround sound, opening to the sun room which features a desk & love seat & power room on main floor. Upstairs is host to 3 large bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Master bedroom features its own bath and another full bath for the guests. Exellent vacation house

This is a great place to stay. It is in a rural area, but it is very close to all the places you want to go on a beach vacation. The house is exactly as the pictures show. It is clean, well decorated, and comfortable.The pool is beautiful also. We love the availability of the BBQ grille. The large television with surround sound is a nice feature also.
We were so busy going to the beach(Bethany, Ocean city, Fenwick,and Asatigue Island) that we didn't get to go to the many restaurants we saw. We did get to see the Fenwick lighthouse and the shops on the boardwalk.
We enjoyed our day at Asatigue Island and recommend that if you think it sounds interesting then go, You will be glad you did, But watch out for the grass with thorny seeds, wear proper shoes.
We are already thinking of coming back next year for another great vacation. We had a great time.
I have already recommended this house to a friend.

Great place!

This place is exactly as described. Very tidy, comfortable, quiet and convenient. We very much enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. For parking at the beach we simply purchased a day pass from the police dept each day and parked at the beachside gray meters. Bethany is a super nice community for families but still an easy drive to Ocean City and Rehobeth for more action. We would happily stay here again in the future!

Great Place to Stay!!!

We enjoy staying at this Condo very much. It is very clean, comfortable and close to everything. We have stayed here for 4 years now and enjoy biking and kayaking in the Assawoman Bay.

We enjoy shopping nearby at Bethany, Lewes, Fenwick and Rehoboth. There are many good restaurants also to choose from. I would reccommend this property to a friend, and in fact, we are coming back again in the fall. Thank you

Like New Townhouse

Had fun at the Beach Bel Air MD

This large townhouse was in like new condition. Nicely decorated. It is a nice drive to Bethany Beach. It is possible to bike, though I would not with young children- it is still on a road. The pool is a good size. We did not use the tennis court. A nice propane grill is provided behind the house.

We went to the beach in front of the boardwalk. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand before getting back in your car. Bring quarters for parking. If you forget quarters, there is a kiosk on Garfield Ave behind the boardwalk and public bathrooms (which are well maintained). We always found a parking spot in the small lots provided next to the beach access,

Rt 26 (Atlantic Avenue) has Giant and Food Lion supermarkets about 3 miles from the beach.



Bethany Beach is a great beach area for families who would like a relaxing vacation.
