This beautiful newly built townhouse is located in a gated community with its own private beach, BBQ area, year round heated swimming pool, tennis courts and fully equipped gym. Located in the historical picturesque town of Dunedin, the property is 5 minutes drive to Honeymoon Island, famous for its sandy white beaches. Within a 5 mile radius, there are local shops and excellent seafood restaurants. The townhouse has its own garage and elevator. Tastefully furnished and decorated, the first floor has a formal living area and balcony, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, family room and half bathroom. The second floor consists of a large master suite and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. On the other side of the master suite are two additional bedrooms sharing another full bathroom. This home is fully functional with a washing machine/dryer, range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, ice maker, toaster and all necessary equipment for a self catering vacation.

We spent wonderful holidays in this house. The house is located in a quiet and safe enviroment, on a well mantained and clean estate.We could easily go for a walk with our 2 children( 5 and 2 ) which is not so obvious in some places. The house is really great, really NEW, BIG and CLEAN!!! The kitchen is very well equipped which is especially important when you are travelling with kids. If I wanted I could even bake some cookies! not that I wanted to... Everybody felt at ease and children had lots of space to play around. The master suite bedroom was simply huge! The two remaining bedrooms were also very comfortable, tastefully decorated with new furniture. There is a washing machine, drying machine, dishwasher- simply all you need and more. Our eldest son keeps on asking us- when are we going back? We wish very much to return there again. Therefore with a clear consciousness we highly recommend this apartment! Worth knowing is that just around the corner there is a big convinience store and a beautiful Honemoon Beach within 5 minutes distance by car! Ewelina with family from Poland ( Central Europe )
