There is a separate game room with an 8' pool table and foosball, with double french doors leading out to a large deck that overlooks the river.

3 Acres of Privacy Directly on the Blanco: Our property sits on 3 acres that is well protected from any neighbors. There is 300' of direct river frontage on the crystal clear Blanco River. The river is lined with 100 year old cypress trees, that provide great shade on the banks of the river. The front yard offers a tree lined driveway and a large grass yard, great for kids or the family football game. There is a large covered Gazebo with a BBQ pit.

Enjoy our Many Outdoor Living Areas: We have over 3000 sq ft of rock walkways and patios. Our many outdoor areas allow your large group to get together, but not be underfoot all of the time. There is a large wooden deck off of the gameroom, overlooking the river. There is a large rock fire-pit, great for late evening relaxing. There is a large hot tub that overlooks the river and is great for watching the stars at night. The gazebo has an 8' farm table, perfect for outdoor dining.
