Rustic modern home with beautiful natural light and woodsy views, set on two very private acres on quiet, highly desirable road. Near bay and ocean beaches, between hamlet of Sag Harbor and village of East Hampton. Unique architectural design with cathedral height living room with fireplace, dining area with table for 8. Separate play/TV room with 50 inch plasma, and a home office/library. Master suite, plus three other bedrooms. Three levels, deck on each level. Kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, central air, satellite TV, two broadband-accessed computers. Heated pool, outdoor hot/cold shower, and deck with furniture and grill. Large rear yard, completely fenced. Near cedar point park hiking and biking trails, fishing, kayaking. House was designed by internationally famous architect, Alfredo Devido and highlighted in the book, HOUSES OF THE HAMPTONS.

  • Memorial Day through Labor Day is $65,000
  • Security deposit of $1,000 is required for weekly rental, and $2,500 for monthly. It will be returned to you within a week of your stay less these expenses plus coverage for any damages: House Cleaning is $150 per week, pool heating is based on gas usage, pool cleaning is $100 per week in season. Air conditioning usage will be calculated and deducted from your security deposit. Heating in the heating season will be calculated and deducted from your security deposit.
