It is one of the few units in the complex with both beautiful views of the ocean and the heated pool from your private balcony. This unit is only steps away from one of Florida's most beautiful, secluded beaches. The complex is located just 15 minutes from historical St. Augustine, World Golf Village, Marineland and the outlet malls. Bring your boat and park right on the property. The tropical decor of the unit features a full kitchen with all amenities, dining area, newly furnished living room with leather sectional and a queen sized sleeper sofa, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large master bedroom with a new king sized bed. This is a wonderful place for both families and couples. The unit is furnished with beach chairs, beach toys and towels. Just pack your bathing suit and suitcase!
