Photos and Description of this Lake Algonquin - Wells holiday cottage 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bath, sleeps 4 max

Adorable family cottage on the lake with 2 bedrooms, 2 brand new double beds, one bath. Fireplace, gas grill, full kitchen, outdoor firepit by lake, dock and 2 person kayak. Great waterfalls to hike to. We will share all the local scoop. Located in the southern Adirondacks on Lake Algonquin in Wells, NY. One hour from Saratoga, 1.5 from Albany, 4 hours from NYC. This is a QUIET and gorgeous lake surrounded by mountains, very scenic. Summer (July and August): $1000 week for two persons, 1200 for four per week, no weekend rentals sorry, but we do have some midweeks available - please inquire about rate. Very good quality and comfortable double beds, high quality sheets and towels supplied. Condiments and other niceties also supplied.

What a wonderful spot!

My husband and I spent a week here last spring and were dreading the day we had to leave! We spent most of our time on the dock, and the screened in porch...what a view. Went on a few hikes and saw some beautiful waterfalls. We will be back soon!
