Brand New and fully furnished with amenities and sleeping quarters for 4. Additional bedroom with 2 twin beds available at an extra cost. Gated community with 24/7 Security. Infinity Pool with ocean view, 2nd pool with garden view. Clubhouse as well as communal outdoor kitchen and charcoal BBQ's for larger gatherings. Large back yard with BBQ, eating area and outdoor living area. Wireless Internet, two LCD T.V's with Satellite, Stereo, Air Conditioning (at an additional charge), in house electronic safe for documents. 5 minute walk to beach, shops, laundry service, and dining within easy walking distance. 10 minute walk to downtown Bucerias. 2 adult bicycles included as well as beach chairs, cooler,raft, linens, and towels.

Everything you need including grocery stores, goods for sale from local artisans, fish markets, casual and fine dining. Fine art and silver jewelery shops. You can do as little or as much as wish. Local bus service available south to P.V. and north to La Cruz, Punta Mita and Sayulita for further shopping and sight seeing. Bucerias is a charming town with all the amenities, beautiful beaches, friendly locals, and less hustle and bustle than the city of Puerto Vallarta. A great place to take in Mexican culture, and have a tranquil vacation.
