Over 1.6 acres for the children to play. Several tiers of private steps down to the 16 ft x 20 ft deck and lake. Featuring 2 washers/2dryers, game room, horseshoe pit, tether ball, tire swing, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, nicely furnished home, wet bar, children's movie library, deck attached to house with wrought iron furniture to seat 12, 3 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes and lots more. Minimum Rental age: 24 Non-smoking

Notes: There are 2 TVs (1 Flat Screen) with DVD-VCRs and a movie library however, there is no cable/satellite TV service (this is a vacation home-we prefer no TV). There is also an X-box 360 (bring your own games if desired). We do not have phone service but there is great cell service. The main floor includes a washer and dryer, pub table (checker board), gas fireplace, XM satellite radio. There is no computer but you can obtain Internet access with your own lap-top computer and a wireless device. The lower level includes a wet bar, a living area with Flat Screen TV with DVD-VCR, game room area with Foosball and a pool table, cabinet filled with games and puzzles and a CD-Cassette Stereo. Walk out to a 5 person hot tub (serviced weekly) and porch swing on the lower patio plus a second washer and dryer. Firewood is available for the outdoor fire pit only. The inside wood burning stove is not operational. We have a 20' x 16' private lake-side deck with chairs next to the dock slip

Great Getaway

This is a great place to go to relax and get away from everythhing. This house has the benefit of being located in the woods, which gives a nice feeling of seclusion, but is also provides a great view of the lake and access to all the activities the lake provides. The house is also located within a short drive of several parks that are great for hiking. Swallow Falls is a terrific park that's only about 15 minutes or so from the house and offers a gorgeous view of a waterfall and some amazing rock structures. The house itself is beautifully furnished and has a very homey feel to it. The pool and foosball tables offer hours of enjoyment. Also the hot tub, back deck, and dock are great places to sit and view the stars on clear nights. This is a great place for families, couples, or a group of friends looking to spend some fun, quality time together.

Our vacation here was very enjoyable. The house was superb. There was more than enough room to accommodate all the guests. Beautiful views from house to lake. Good distance within all attractions. Will rent this house again and refer to others as well.

My fiancé and three other couples arrived Friday evening to a beautiful, well kept, very clean and comfortable home. When we walked through the door I kept hearing, "I'm not going home"! The layout, description and amenities of the property were exactly as described.

The owners of the property were extremely hospitable and provided us with a wealth of information about the home and Deep Creek's attractions, restaurants and stores.

We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return for the warmer weather. We highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Lovely Accommodations

Spent four days in this lovely home with my college age kids. We all had a wonderful time...soaking in the hottub, playing pool and fuzeball every evening. We enjoyed a little lake fun in spite of rainy weather and got to see the bear that sometimes comes to visit. The hubby and I enjoyed a great dinner at the Santa Fe Grille one night (I highly recommend it) and we had our coffee and breakfast out on the deck in the mornings. Very relaxing! The house has everything you would need... a real home away from home. The lake is a little farther from the house than I thought it would be, but the exercise did me good. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. The owners were wonderful to rent from. They keep the property in tip-top condition and make themselves available if you need anything. A very pleasant experience!

I just wanted to tell you what a beautiful home you have at Deep Creek. The girls and I had an absolutely wonderful time and we all LOVED the house. It fit our needs perfectly!!!!

We had spent Friday in the back yard drinking and snacking. Saturday we went to the Deep Creek State Park and enjoyed the sunshine on the sandy beach. We went to Big Bear for dinner and drinks and came back to the house to hang out on the deck.


There wasn’t anything we needed – you had it all! We all loved your décor and the pictures… J
