New 1680 square feet, three bedroom, two bath home in the Bullhead City/Laughlin area. This home is in the Desert Foothills Community development off of Bullhead Parkway and Desert Foothills Parkway, just 2 miles to the river and casinos. It has Casino views from the backyard and front of the house. The house is on a corner with a large yard front and back.

Great newer home, very comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the amenities, as advertised. Home was easy to find, close to river and casino's. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to my friends.

We loved this house! Everything was so beautiful and clean. We had a great time catching up with friends and family with out doing it in a smokey casino! The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. will DEF!!!! rent again!

Our vacation made easy and simple

My family and I had a blast during 4th of July weekend. The house is well maintained, spacious, and clean. The owners were excellent to work with. We rather stay here than at one of the hotels. I recommend this property to anyone. It is very hot in laughlin during the summer and we were kind of afraid that the A/C would not be up to our standards but it was. We will be definitely staying here again.

Wonderful newer home in Bullhead. beautiful quiet neighborhood. With in minutes of laughlin.Property clean and well maintained Owners very nice and friendly to deal with. Will rent again from them !
