Delightful three bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor condo in a secluded, gated community ideally situated in Kissimmee off US 192 and only 10 minutes away from the theme parks. Sleeping up to 8 people this property makes an excellent base from which to explore all that is fun in Orlando. This unit is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, linens, crockery and cutlery to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Club Cortile benefits from it’s own heated swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness room and theater. It has a dedicated Wi-Fi room in addition to the Wi-Fi area around the pool itself.

Living Area: The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs overlooking woodland. The comfortable sofa converts into a third double bed. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals.

Kitchen Area: The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer.

Master Bedrooms:: The master bedroom has a large king size bed with matching wood nightstand and dresser and closet with mirrored doors providing ample storage space. There is also an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate screened shower cubicle. Other Bedrooms The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Each room has closets with mirrored doors for storage. Utilize the second bathroom which has tub with shower over.
