This 4 bedroomed 3 storey newly rebuilt idyllic village house is set in the heart of the unspoilt national park of Benefassa, 45 minutes from the the costa Del Azahar Coast. We have spent one year rebuilding the house with the original stone and wood to create a spacious traditional village house with all the modern day facilities of double glazing , luxury kitchen with full appliances, lounge/diner with wood burner, spacious bedrooms 2 with balconies, and the jewel in the crown, a top floor lounge leading on to a secluded sun terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The magical village of Ballestar is elevated in a valley with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and forests.The village has its own superb bar/restaurant only 100 metres away and the larger village of Benefassa 3kms away boasts 3 restaurants general store and public swimming pool. The town of La Senia is approximately 15km down the valley with its full range of shops and facilities. The drive to the beach is 45 minutes and Golf 30 minutes. We discovered this area several years ago and fell in love with its unspoilt traditional charm and friendly people, here you can enjoy the simple life while still being accessible to the many tourist attractions.(Port Aventura Theme Park 1 hour 10 mins) We would like to share this experience with you whether you are after peace and quiet or want to enjoy all the activities there are to offer in this area. The area is served by 3 main airports : Valencia 1hour 10 mins, Reus 55 mins, Barcelona 2 hours. Vinaros train station 40 min
