This home features an open floor plan looking out onto a private yard with a beautiful black bottom pool. Ocean views from both of the two master bedrooms - each with a king size bed. Two additional bedrooms - (2 single beds + 1 double bed), plus a room in the converted garage with a queen bed plus single day bed & trundle. Rental includes weekly pool service, gardener & housekeeping service. Utilities (gas & electricity) additional to rental charges. Perfect for outdoor living with heated swimming pool,spa and built in barbecue. A non-smoking home. Pets only on approval & with Pet deposit.

WOW what can I say it is the absolute prefect vacation home we could not have asked for more. We had a family reunion with lots of kids and they were as happy as it gets since the house if full of toys. The house is awesome it has lots of space and if you just want to have a quiet moment you won't get disturbed by your family since it is very spacious and has a great layout. I also love the outside with the pool, jacuzzi and the nice deck. The house also has a beautiful ocean view and you can walk to downtown La Jolla and to the stores and restaurant which is super convenient.
All I can say everybody loved the house and would love to live there, I hope that explains how much we liked it.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We stayed in the home for a week. 8 adults and 2 teenagers. It was perfect for us.We loved the pool and the grill. Our chefs (son and daughter-in-law) cooked for us and had everything they needed in the kitchen. The whole property was well maintained.
Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
The location was great also.
Would love to stay here again when we are in the area.

Awesome property - everything you need!

Stayed for a week in September with our 3 grown sons, 2 are married and one with 2 little ones. Perfect set up with essentially 3 master bedrooms. House is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac but walking distance to much of La Jolla. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor grill, large wrap around balcony, lots of beach and pool gear available as well. Tons of books, toys, games, puzzles for all ages. Landscaping is lovely and enjoyed all the hummingbirds!

Owners were a pleasure to work with - very responsive. Look forward to returning again.

Perfect family holiday home

We stayed at this wonderful home for two weeks in May and had a great time. It is in a lovely quiet road, all the bedrooms are big, the kitchen is very well stocked and the kids (and adults) loved the pool and playhouse. It is only a very short walk down the road to a large Von's supermarket and a pleasant stroll into the Village and to the beach. There is also a great kids playground 5 mins away in the car or a 15 minute stroll. The owner was extremley helpful and the house was very clean and well looked after. Hoping to return very soon.

What a vacation it was! The property was beautifully landscaped, the home was furnished with everyhing that one would need for our vacationing family from ages 23-80! Close to highways,sites,shopping,etc. Easy access to and from. Owners were fabulous! They provided excellent PR, very clean and well maintained accomodations, friendly, quick communications. The feature was the well stocked ammenities in the kitchen,baths and bedrooms, the living room with an abundant supply of reading materials,the outdoor grille, and of course the pool and jacquzzi with outdoor sound system! Highly recommended for all that are active vacationers. Will book again!
