This gorgeous condo is located in Sunny Isles, Florida, directly on the ocean, alongside Trump Towers & Aquilana. This 2 BR, 3 BA condo is comprised of 2 separate units. The main entry takes you into a small ante room. To the left is the 1 BR/2BA main suite and living area and to the right is the other 1BR/1BA. Wake up to the sunrise through floor to ceiling windows in your luxurious bedrooms outfitted with Egyptian cotton linen and plush comforters. Make use of the fabulous 24 hr fitness room, sauna, spa facilities, pool and jacuzzi. Dine at the world renowned BICE restaurant in the lobby, or on the terrace overlooking the Atlantic ocean, being caressed by ocean breezes. We are within easy access of major highways, between Fort Lauderdale and trendy South Beach. Luxury shopping nearby at Bal harbour shops, Aventura Mall 5 minutes away. The rooms and the bathrooms were not very clean. We had no toilet paper in the bathrooms. One of the toilets was clogged and we found few cartons of eggs from the previous renter. The bed was comfortable and the view was very nice. The owners were nice for us to stay past the check out time.

we rented the condo for the last week of july 08 and I have to mention that Jillian was very helpfull and reliable
first the good things, location location location
the condo is right on the beach and the view is amazing
you also have a great view of the intercoastal from the masterbedroom
the service on the beach is excellent, they set up beach chairs with towels and umbrellas for everyone
free broadband internet and free valet parking
the negative things I mention are minor compared to the good care we received from Jillian
first of all the pool is exceptionally small for a hotel condo this size
if you would like to cook or entertain, the kitchen lacked a lot of essentials (only 2 pots no serving dishes etc) allthough Jillian did say they would update the kitchen
