Over 1,800 square feet of open living space and an additional 800 square foot patio with ocean views. Watch TV on the 50' HD Plasma TV strategically placed so you can enjoy your favorite show while simultaneously taking in views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Imagine the perfect Laguna Beach summer day- a sunny afternoon spent at Crescent Beach; (one of the most picturesque coves in all of Laguna) boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just soaking in the warm beach rays, followed by a Bar-B-Q on the large open air patio, watching the sun set over a bottle of wine. The home features a large side patio with grass area and hedges for privacy, overlooking the ocean with provided seating for 10. French doors open from the living room onto the patio creating a sun-filled open living space. The home also features a lush backyard complete with large grassy area.
