This second floor unit is bright and sunny with cathedral ceiling in Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Sleeps 4 in large bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with queen bed, one with double bed. We loved our vacation. We would recommend this rental property to anyone and everyone. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We were 5 minutes away from the beach by car and within walking distance (5 seconds) to Commercial Street. It was everything we were looking for. A day at the beach, a stroll on Commercial Street, and then a peaceful evening on the deck. As soon as we drove away I wanted to go back. Hoping to return again next year!

From the moment we walked into 19 Winthrop, it was awesome! There was a welcome basket waiting, along with a personalized note from the owner wishing us a happy vacation. The condo itself is very comfortable, with everything you'd need for a weeks stay. 2 good sized bedrooms easily accommodated us and the couple traveling with us. The kitchen is completely adequate, and will fulfill all your cooking needs. The bathroom is brand new, and we loved the beach theme. The living room has a tv and all the toys that go with it for those quiet evenings at home. There is a good sized deck with a propane BBQ and seating for four, plus two loungers. It was great being able to enjoy being away from the crowds at meal time some nights. Staying here puts you literally 60 seconds from Commercial Street, and right into the heart of the action, as well as about a 5 minute walk to the supermarket.
If you're looking to rent a great condo that's clean and super efficient, this is the one! We'll definitely be booking again next year!!!!

We had wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying here. The pictures don't really do this property justice. The space is actually much roomier, brighter and airier than the photos let on. The back deck was great for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the afternoons - it was perfect for the 4 of us. The accommodations were very clean, modern and homey. The location is ideal too - just a few minutes walk to Commercial Street, just up the street from Spiritus Pizza in the west end. The only drawback to our experience was the parking situation. The driveway is shared with the condo downstairs. It was great to have a definite parking spot, but somewhat inconvenient to try to coordinate comings and goings with the downstairs neighbors. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable experience with our stay here.

We cerntainly enjoyed our week in your Condo. The location was perfect. Just a 4 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants on commerical yet tucked away from the hoopla of commerical street.

Overall the Condo was great. Both bedrooms were a great size, and the open floor plan of the kitchen land iving room was perfect. We loved what you did with the newly styled bathroom - and of course the washer/dryer came in handy. Look forward to come back next year.

Perfect Spot, Perfect Location!

This was our second time staying here, and have to say it is like a home away from home! First of all the 2 owners are the nicest guys, very accommodating, very friendly and always helpful. The place was spotless upon our arrival, and had everything we needed for our stay. Since our last stay, they totally upgraded the bathroom with everything new and looks amazing! The outside deck is huge and was just very relaxing sitting out there basking in the warm sunshine. Location, Location, Location!! This place is located near everything, once you're there park your car and forget it...walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing stress free vacation!
