This 41 square meters 1 Bedroom apartment is located 38 Rue De La Sourdière in the 1st arrondissement in a charming and quiet street. It's on the 1st French floor of a 18th century walk up building. The apartment is very centrally located between Le Louvre and Opéra, just next to the Place Vendôme and the Tuileries. Most of the famous places in Paris are within 20 minutes walk (Notre Dame, Beaubourg Center, Panthéon, Champs Elysées, Marais, Latin Quarter....). The apartment is close to all conveniences, Bistrots, Cafés, (Place du Marché Saint Honoré), Boulangeries, Food Market and Stores. For your shopping needs, everything is available and in close proximity: Galleries Lafayette, Colette, rue du Faubourg St Honoré and Rivoli street... It's also deserved by the subway, many buses and Velib stations (bike rental), and from walking distance to Roissy Bus (direct bus to the airport) Subway: Pyramides, Tuileries, Opéra, Auber (RER A)

Amazing suite with a wonderful host!

My boyfriend and I decided to book a vacation in Paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. I couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay at Caroline’s apartment. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable & happy and had an amazing time in Paris. She even went to great lengths to help my boyfriend and my step-mom plan and book fun excursions for me so that my 30th would be unforgettable. Caroline epitomizes the definition of a gracious host. Additionally the apartment was absolutely wonderful. It was much larger than any hotel room I’ve stayed and was adorable and wonderfully located and full of all the essentials. I was happily surprised with the extra perks provided such as a lap top with internet; a phone with free long distance calling to the US and other countries; a drawer full of fantastic CD’s and DVD’s and more. I would recommend Caroline‘s suite to anyone considering going to Paris.

The Perfect Location!

I stayed July 2009 for a week at a suite in Paris with my two children (age 2 & 4). If location is key for you then this apartment is perfect!!!! From the moment we arrived Caroline was so helpful and kind. The apartment was so nice. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we could need. It was located on a quite street and never heard any noise. The free long distance calls and internet were also a huge plus. The most important part for me was the location. We were a block from the grocery 3 blocks to the tulleries, 1 1/2 blks to the metro, 1/2 block to the patisserie and numerous restaurants. Caroline helped us with some restaurant recommendations. The Auberge St. Roch was excellent and we ate there twice! They were so friendly at the restaurant and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and hope we can visit again soon. Thanks Carline for everything.

We enjoyed our stay

The studio was close to everything. There's good restaurants
within a couple blocks. The price was great. The landlord
was very helpful. Its a decent size (considering this is in Paris,
I couldn't complain) for a family of four.

Little flat near the Louvre

We couldnt have asked for a nicer place. Small but just right for the two of us. Convenient to everything. Caroline and Perirette were so very very accomodating. Both went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would most definitely stay here again. Great Place!

Great Location!

This apartment was in a great location to explore Paris, close to shopping, major sites, great restaurants. While the apartment was small, it had all the amenities you'd need and the pleasant extra of a washer and dryer! Also the use of a computer, with internet access, was wonderful. The owners are wonderful to deal with and it was extremely important to us to have English speaking contacts in Paris. Caroline was attentive and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable and sress-free. We have rented other apartments in Paris and found this one to be wonderful for all our needs - we would stay again!
