This fully furnished, smoke-free, beautiful apartment is a 2 minute drive from the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Private drive and entrance. Heated garage available in winter. You may rent it by the week, month, year or longer. You may also rent Teetops and not downstairs' African Adventure. In winter, the flick-on gas burning fireplace is a joy. Hardwood floors, rugs, 20 feet of thermopane windows overlook our woods. Looking south in the 'Great Room', you will see the air conditioner, high on the wall. There is also a pull-down double bed on the far wall. The fully equipped kitchen is a blessing to the weary traveler. Circular dining table. In spring, summer and early fall, most guests eat outside at a picnic table on the redwood deck.There are charcoal & gas grills there, as well. In winter, Green Lake is visible. The well-appointed tile bathroom is spacious and light. TV/DVD & video and CD player available. The suite is wireless. Pets negotiable. New washer/dryer.

Parents of Interlochen Academy graduates have rented Treetops and African Adventure for years. Minimum stay for graduation three days at $250 per night. Prefer academic year lease beginning September 1, 2009: $725/month plus modest utilities.

This beautiful complex is just two minutes from the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Traverse City is 15-20 minutes away, while Crystal Mountain (golf/ski) is only 15 minutes to the SW. Golf: There are 20 golf course within 20 miles. Ski: Five downhill and innumerable cross-country courses are just minutes away. Demi Moore and Bruce Willis stayed in this complex when their daughter, Rumer, attended the Interlochen Arts Academy.
