This home is 3 houses off the beach. Easy Ocean access..walk out front door and step on the beach in less than 2 minutes. The kitchen is light and airy and easily seats 12 at the large table. Bedroom layout is:1st Bedroom.- 2 queen beds 2nd; Bedroom - 2 queen beds 3rd Bedroom is 2 twin beds 4th bedroom is 1 double bed An additional queen murphy bed in living room. This house is pet friendly with a fenced yard. Kitchen is fully equipped and house is setup with linens, towels. All you need is food. Washer and dryer in home.

Enjoyed a week at the Summer Cottage. Everything you need for a family visit to the coast. It is at the quiet end of town, but really a short stroll to town, a few very short blocks to the boardwalk at 12th ave. We walked to town almost daily with the kids. The beach is also a short walk and your at the not so busy end of the beach. The cottage has a good sized living room, dinning area is big enough for a large group and 2 bathrooms...never ran out of hot water and good water pressure. The owner is quick to reply to all my emails. House was clean and no odors. Would rent again and would recomend to friends. Look at other places and this is a bargin!

Great home, great owner

Everything about the house not only lived up to, but surpassed our expectations. It was completely clean and well organized. The furnishings, including things like linen and dishes, were of good quality and quite new.

The location was excellent. When you spend time at the beach, you want to be actually near the beach and this was a five-minutes stroll to the edge of the surf. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic minimal.

I want to especially express gratitude for the owner, Pat. She went out of her way to ensure we had our contract, the directions, and everything else we needed for a smooth arrival, stay, and departure. She was consistently pleasant to deal with, which can make all the difference in the world.

To sum up, we had a wonderful time. That's what a trip to the beach is all about.
