Near everything. The apartment is located at Marina Lanais at the base of the Conquistador Hotel and Casino. Swimming Pool and spectacular balcony view to the ocean and Marina. Amenities are: Boat rides to Icacos, Palominos and Palominiyos Islands, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, kayaking, nighttime kayak tours, Lighthouse Tour, Rain Forest, horseback riding and more. Seven Seas Public Beach and Luquillo beach are the most beautiful beaches around. There are typical seafood restaurants and Kiosks walking distance at the fisherman's area. The Conquistador Casino has Famous Restaurants and Golf Course, Water Park and more. There are Outlet Shopping Malls, Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores and Fast Foods. Minutes from Fajardo Ferry to Culebras and Vieques Island.

The apartment is located at the east side of Puerto Rico where all the beautiful beaches are. It is on a building just in front of the Caribbean Ocean at the fifth floor with a magnificent balcony view. It sits just beside the Conquistador Hotel Marina. From balcony you can see the Icacos, Palominos even Vieques and Culebra Islands and the Conquistador Villas and Marina. The area around is a Fisherman's area where you can select to go, snorkeling, scuba, fishing, sailing, eating and more. It is at the base of the Conquistador Hotel and Casino, so you can visit the Hotel and use the Restaurants, Casino and Stores. Now they have the biggest Water Park in the Caribbean. Nighttime kayak tours are at few minutes away, Seven Seas Public Beach and typical kiosks. Nearby amenities are The Rain Forest, horseback riding, outlet shopping malls and more.

great place!!!

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I have to say it won't be my last!! We loved this island. The food was great rarely ate anywhere but Las Croabas. There are small restaurants there where you can enjoy the ocean view. I do not recommend eating at the hotel on the mountain top (you'll know the name) it is very, very pricey! Excellent food walking distance from the room. If you have bought a flight package from one of those websites, I do not recommend buying a tour to El Yunque Rain Forest. They charge $45 dollars per person online. Surprisingly...its FREE!!! Rent a car and have a blast hiking near the waterfall. Now for the room. Great place. Very clean. Huge bed and comfortable. Very relaxing sitting out on the balcony and you can here the waves all night to help you sleep. Trust me, it is exactly like the photos. Wanda was great. Very helpful in having the room ready and info about the island itself. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone. A hidden diamond.

It is a very nice apartent with an excellent view to the ocean, it gives you peace and rest once you enter it. Great location and well decorated.

A great getaway!

I made my husband take a few days away. It turned out to be one of the best vacations we have had.We decided that we did not want to stay in San Juan so we looked for other cities in PR that caught our eye. We found this condo in Fajardo, but it meant we would have to rent a car, as it is about 45 mins away from the airport. We figured this would add to our 4 day adventure. This condo was romantic and serene. We slept every night with the sliding glass doors open so that we could hear the Caribbean Sea. The pictures in this listing do not give this unit justice. It was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway for two. The owner of the condo was extremely nice, helpful and full of suggestions for dining and entertainment.Make sure that you go on the daylong snorkeling tour to Culebra and Culebrita Islands with Eastwindcats We definitely plan to go back. Thanks for some wonderful memories.

Great place, Great owner, Great Location !!!!!!!

First Time to Pureto Rico GA

Stayed here for a week and on next trip to Puerto Rico will do everything possible to stay here again. The condo is extremely well kept and clean and looks just like the pictures. The Room is perfect for couples who need a place to stay. You will need transportation and I recommend a GPS if you don't know Puerto Rico very well. It is right down the street from the bioluminescent bay, seven seas beach, Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, and a couple minutes from the ferry's that can take you to the different islands. The owner was very pleasant and provided great customer service especially when our flight was late getting in. You need to know ahead of time that it is not on the beach but has a beautiful view, however seven seas beach is only a minute drive and I highly suggest the $5 ferry ride to culebra to enjoy one of the best beaches I have ever seen. I could go on forever but you have to experience it for yourselves. If this is a return visit to Puerto Rico I would suggest this Condo over and over and over. If this is your first time and you want to experience Puerto Rico yourselves and not be in the tourist areas I highly recommend it and thats what we did.. Just make sure you research everything you want to do. (We bought books and planned ahead). The most pleasent surprise was the Nature preserve down the street. (You must make reservations) Only dislike was having to leave.
