Our vacation property is a boaters and beach combers paradise. We offer a near by boat access/ launch site for your boat . The protected inner bay is ideal for water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, and kayaking. Our deck with barbeque and satellite stereo faces the west overlooking the bay and its many marinas. Several photographers frequent our property to take our magnificent sunsets. The stairs from the deck lead to a semi-private sandy beach. The property is equipped with a two bedrooms, one bath (with shower only), air conditioning, satellite TV, satellite stereo, fully equipped kitchen, and open dining/living room. Several parks, snack bars, and the Burlington bike path are easily accessible. Burlington, with fine dining and shopping, is only 10 minutes away.

We are situated with beautiful so. west sunset views of Malletts Bay. It is walking distance from parks with playgrounds,bike paths, tennis courts, basketball, skateboard, and close to snack bars,ice cream/coffee shop and a corner store . Grocery stores and shopping malls are within easy driving distance.
