You will love to stay here. It is a beautiful town-home villa; three bedroom, three bath, approximately 1700 square feet. Fully furnished and equipped, newly redecorated with new furniture, drapes, carpet, tile, etc., sleeps six to eight. It is located in Bayou Village in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort overlooking Links Golf Course and Choctawatchee Bay with beautiful views across the Bay to the Sandestin Baytowne Marina and Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is close to all resort amenities and the water taxi to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This non-smoking home features a large screened-in patio downstairs with beautiful new tile and an upstairs deck off the master bedroom. Bedrooms have large color cable TVs, VCR, DVD, video games, queen sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, free local calls, free high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, fully equip. kitchen.

Notes: Our wonderful townhome is close to all resort amenities and the water taxi to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. golf (provides discounts) put-put golf, bicycles, tram service (just call and the Sandestin tram will pick you up at the front door and take you anywhere in Sandestin and back again - free), full service Spa and Health Club facilities, kayaks, boogie boards, canoes, use of the pool at the beach with complimentary towels, and complimentary towels at the pool beside the bay. You will also enjoy two heated pools at Sandestin. In addition to Sandestin's amenities, we provide (free): bicycles (5 adult, 2 children) 4 scooters, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, fishing rods and reels with tackle box, and lots of toys for the beach. Enjoy fishing for trout just steps away in the well stocked fresh water lakes or salt water fishing in the bay

Paradise with a welcome home feeling

Our 10 day stay at this property was a wonderful memory for our family. The decor was beautiful without sacrificing the comfortable feel, the bed sheets were soooo very soft. Loved the beautiful bathrooms and the back porch that looked right out on to the golf course. Views all around made me feel like I was visiting heaven, so peacful and beautiful everywhere you looked. Enjoyed using the tram and leaving the driving after a long trip down from Kentucky. Visited two of the restaurants in the Village, Oyster House and Another Broken Egg several times for good food. My greatest find was the candy shop (Chocolate lovers beware)...This owner couldnt have been more accomodating. This was truely a relaxing resort if you decided to just enjoy the townhouse but if you needed something to do there were many places to visit. I enjoyed the Marina and the Village as much as the beach. Hope to go back again another time. You couldn't find nicer folks to rent from anywhere in my opinion.
