Enjoy privacy & spectacular water views (Montauk Lake, Block Island Sound and Ocean) from the second floor deck with covered sitting area, year round hot tub and gas grill. Excellent family house with the master bedroom (king bed), kitchen & living area with fireplace on the second floor, allowing you to take advantage of the views. The first floor has 4 bedrooms all with full (double beds) 2 full baths and a TV room (den). All five bedrooms have cable TV, along with the living room and den. The Viking Professional kitchen has island, dual oven, 6 burner gas stove, large refrigerator and separate beverage refrigerator. Lower deck overlooks 20X40 pool (heated/fee). Convenient location to town, beaches, marinas. The perfect family house! No large groups please.
