We've purchased brand new furniture, new lighting and ceiling fans, and custom draperies. The home is tastefully decorated and has all new small appliances, TVs, Surround Sound Stereo system, kitchenware, bedding and linens, washer and dryer, five bicycles (3 adult, 2 child), VCR, DVD, beach chairs, barbecue grill, Sony Playstation with 10 games and other puzzles and games for kids. High-speed Internet is available upon request.
The property features a soaring cathedral ceiling in the great room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, custom tile flooring throughout entire house, a screened-in private heated pool and lanai with a propane grill, central air, and all amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. High-speed internet is available upon request. This house is very roomy, 1,750 sq. feet under air and in immaculate condition. We recently have purchased new furniture in the great room and master bedroom, had the interior painted a warm beige, had custom draperies made, and installed new lighting and tropical ceiling fans! Many other items were recently updated including all new bedding and linens, towels, propane grill, TVs, etc.

Escape from reality in the pool lanai. The lush, tropical surroundings create the perfect privacy for sunning at the heated pool. A covered eating area provides shade when you need a break from the sun. Kids can help themselves to the numerous pool and beach toys.
We take great pride in our vacation home. It is very well cared for by our property manager, who lives nearby and leaves his card in the house, should any needs arise.
